If you choose me to be your doula, we will meet at least 3 times to build a level of trust, connection and comfort that will make you feel comfortable during your birth. If you would like to meet more, I'm there for you without any additional cost. During these meetings we can be at your home, at a nail salon or sipping your favourite mocktail at a restaurant. We will talk about your plans, fears, wishes and my role as your doula. We will practice birth positions, I will inform you about pain relief and the magic of birth, and we will discuss how you imagine your partner's role (if you will have one).
You can reach me via phone or messages any time.

From the 37th week, I'm standby to go and support your birth at any time.
I will be there for the entire delivery from the moment you wish, no matter how long it takes. After birth I will stay for another two hours to clean up, serve you a meal (in case of home birth), support you if you need me! 

Around the third week of postpartum my postpartum visit takes place at your home where I will give you a herbal bath or foot bath and a foot massage. We will talk about your birth experience and I will be there to answer any of your questions.

My role as your doula is to comfort you, inform you, and be there for you, whenever and however you need me.
My ultimate goal is for you to have a good pregnancy and birth experience, and a calm postpartum period!

If you choose me to be your birth photographer, we will meet at least once to build a level of trust, connection and comfort that will make you feel comfortable during your birth. If you would like to meet more, I'm there for you without any additional cost. During these meetings we will discuss your wishes when it comes to your pictures and video.

From the 37th week, I am standby to go and support your birth at any time. I will be there for the entire delivery from the moment you wish, no matter how long it takes. After birth I will stay for another two hours to capture your first moments together as family!

My role as your birth photographer is to capture your birth in the most true, raw and beautiful way.
My ultimate goal is for you to have a beautiful photo album what will remind you of your feminine strength, and of the goddess in you!

For most pregnant women, even if you already have a child, the labor and birth process can be both overwhelming and joyful. Many women and their partners choose to attend childbirth classes to gather information and lessen their anxiety.


My class help build your confidence in your body’s ability to give birth.​ You can discuss your fears about labor & birth and learn about the natural and medicated ways when it comes to pain relief. I will also show many massage, relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques what can help you to get through each contraction.

 

During these hours your partner will learn about childbirth and how to support you on the big day. You may find that attending childbirth classes together will create a special bond. During this class we make sure that you both feel fully prepared and ready.

Pregnancy massage can relieve physical complaints and reduce mental and emotional tensions that you may experience during pregnancy.

 

While your breathing becomes deeper and deeper, your head comes to rest and your body softens during the massage.

Relaxing deeply not only reduces the production of stress hormones, but also allows you to experience your pregnancy more consciously.

 

My soft massage improves blood flow in your whole body, making more oxygen and nutrients available for both you and your baby. The massage can be adapted to your wishes, personal situation and/or any complaints you may experience.

As a professionally trained masseuse, next to relaxation, safety is also my priority. For that reason, you can receive massage from me from the 12th week of your pregnancy.

There is almost nothing more magical than bringing home your newborn baby. They are finally here, and it is time to adjust to life with your new addition. Whether you are a first-time parent, or this is your second or third baby, you should not have to feel overwhelmed during this important transition. 
With my postpartum sessions I give care and attention to you, mama, so you can recharge and give the best care to your baby.

Healing Scars With Castor Oil Pack: A Castor oil pack is the practice of applying castor oil on any part of your body, along with a source of heat to aid the castor oil in being absorbed through your skin. It’s a deeply nourishing and effective healing practice we can do in the comfort of your own home. And since it requires you to lie down and rest while applying, you get the added benefit of slowing down and soothing your nervous system. It work wonders on c-section or laparoscopy scars that previously inhibited the womb.


Belly Binding:  During pregnancy, abdominal muscles work hard to create space for your bub by stretching and, in some cases overstretching. The separation of abdominal muscles is known as diastasis recti and occurs in 60 per cent of people postpartum. Not to worry, though, because it will usually resolve within eight weeks of delivery.Postpartum belly binding gently hold your weakened tummy and pelvic floor muscles in place. The extra compression provides you with the stability and comfort needed to maintain posture while you settle into life with your baby. For those who have had a C-section, belly binding also helps reduce post-surgery pain and promotes incision healing. 

Foot Bath & Massage:  Warm baths and massages are always a good way to provide soothing comfort for aches and pains. The addition of magnesium flakes can take that comfort to new heights. This is because magnesium is a calcium regulator. Women who don’t have the proper balance of calcium and magnesium can suffer from muscle cramping. The absorption of magnesium, especially topically through the skin, can help relieve tension in the hips and lower back, promote uterine relaxation, and relieve cramping.

Postpartum Massage: Postpartum massage is a specialised massage therapy that helps new mothers recover from childbirth. This massage technique offers numerous benefits, including reducing stress, easing muscle tension, and promoting relaxation. It can also help to alleviate postpartum depression and anxiety, improve breastfeeding, and increase milk production. Postpartum massage can also help to restore the body's natural balance and promote healing after childbirth. 

Meal Preparation: The postpartum period can be a challenging time, but proper nutrition can help you feel your best.
Warm, nourishing meals can provide comfort and help support your body's healing process. I help with preparing warm soups, stews, and broths as your postpartum meal, including plenty of protein, healthy fats, and nutrient-dense vegetables. Remember to take care of yourself, both body and soul, during this special time.

Lactation Support: As a doula and lactation supporter, my goal is to help you provide the best nutrition for your baby. Whether you're a first-time mom or already have experience with breastfeeding, I'm here to offer guidance and support.
